Merchant Circle is a local directory that has been very sucessful for adding backlinks to my blogs and websites and often times a Merchant Circle listing come up higher in the search engines than my site itself, at least in the beginning.

Merchant Circle’s main help is the 4 keyword backlinks they give you after creating a profile, I suggest adding your main websites keywords and adding these links to go to some of your inner pages.  Lots of good link juice there since they are a PR 5 directory.
